The edition below is the 8th edition printed in May 2018. In addition to a slight difference in the cover hue, the pages differ slightly from the edition above. Pp. 359 + [5].
The edition below is the 9th edition printed in July 2022. It’s layout and pagination is the same as the 8th edition (above). Pp. 359 + [5].
